Raised on her family's row crop and livestock operation in Nebraska, Ashley experienced firsthand the challenges producers face in finding dependable labor during critical seasons like planting, harvest, and livestock work.
With a career spanning agronomy, agricultural marketing, business development, and precision agriculture, Ashley has worked alongside producers to help solve some of agriculture's most pressing challenges. Her experience in the industry, combined with her entrepreneurial mindset, led her to create Farmhand on Demand after recognizing that one of the greatest threats to farm productivity wasn't technology. It was access to people and creating that central connection point is how Farmhand on Demand came to be.
