In this role, Watts will drive product launch and go-to-market execution, leveraging more than 30 years of experience in bridging science and strategy to deliver scalable solutions. The Tidal Grow team will draw on her expertise to strengthen strategic alliances and identify new business development opportunities to help empower retailers and growers to build sustainable, high-performing agricultural systems.
