Fortune recently named Land O’Lakes, Inc. President and CEO Beth Ford as No. 12 on its Most Powerful Women of 2025 list. Ford leads not only by delivering strong financial results but also by addressing global issues and driving structural changes that improve areas directly impacted by food and agriculture.
