Kelly Miller, Director of Agtech and Retail for Compeer Financial highlighted why supporting women in agriculture is central to their mission, noting that women play a critical role both on the farm and in advancing ag tech.
At the third annual Women in Ag Tech meeting, which kicked off Tech Hub LIVE on July 21, 2025, Miller led a panel on the role of technology in farm credit and crop insurance.
During the main conference, she shared her passion for innovation, outlining three keys for organizations: profitability, strategic alignment, and creativity.
